to, purchase or download, unless we specifically state otherwise or in special
cases. We will share your credit or debit card information with our third party
credit and debit card processor for purposes of making credit or debit charges
to your credit or debit card for your purchases of our Products and Services
but not with the artists with whom we share your other personally identifiable
information. However, in instances where MyTracks.com aka
FreshTracksMusic and a MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic Partner jointly
promote the Products or Services for which a Member is registering,
MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic may provide the MyTracks.com aka
FreshTracksMusic Partner certain personally identifiable information, such as
the names, addresses, and User IDs of persons who subscribed to the Services or
purchased the Products as a result of the joint promotion, for the sole purpose
of allowing us and the MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic Partner to assess the
results of the promotion. In this instance, MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic
will require the MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic Partner to agree not to use
the personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We use

company other than MyTracks.com aka FreshTracksMusic, you will be notified
